Lead Time

Marge Jewelry accepts orders 24/7, with processing hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Sundays and holidays).

Custom jewelry orders have a production lead time of 3-4 weeks and delivery lead time of 7–10 days for Metro Manila and 10–14 days for provincial deliveries. For international shipping, please reach us at Messenger: margejewelryph to coordinate timelines and shipping options.

Some bulk or multiple-item orders may require separate shipments. Each package will be issued its own tracking code upon dispatch. Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by sales, holidays, peak seasons, inclement weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

We offer same-day delivery for ready-stock jewelry pieces via Lalamove or Grab. You may select this option at checkout.

Please note that custom-made or personalized jewelry follows its standard lead time and is not eligible for same-day delivery.
