If a concern cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through mediation or alternative dispute resolution (ADR) methods before resorting to formal legal action.
3. Governing Law and Venue
Any dispute shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Should legal action become necessary, the proper courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
4. Payment-Related Disputes
For transactions processed through third-party payment providers (such as PayMongo), customers agree that payment-related disputes may also be subject to the dispute resolution procedures of the relevant payment provider, without prejudice to Marge Jewelry’s own review and assistance.
